Resilient Path Support
By scheduling and participating in services provided by Resilient Path Support, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Services
Resilient Path Support provides conversation-based support, guidance, personal development, and coaching services.
Services are designed to offer a supportive space for discussion, reflection, communication, and personal growth.
Services are not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical care, legal advice, or crisis intervention.
Scheduling & Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed upon successful payment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session and missed appointments are non-refundable.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Sessions are intended to provide support, perspective, encouragement, and guidance but do not guarantee specific results.
Emergencies
Resilient Path Support is not an emergency service.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health emergency, thoughts of self-harm, or believe you may be a danger to yourself or others, call 911, 988, or your local emergency services immediately.
Confidentiality
Information shared during sessions is treated with respect, discretion, and confidentiality.
Information may be disclosed only when required by law or when necessary to help protect the safety of an individual.
Limitation of Liability
By participating in services provided by Resilient Path Support, you agree that Kimberly and Resilient Path Support shall not be held liable for decisions, actions, damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from participation in services.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
